Reddick Street Apartments is now accepting applications for our beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment homes between November 20th and November 27th available for immediate move-in. These beautiful homes are renting for $1047 a month (water, sewer and trash included). A $500 security deposit will apply. Income limitations will apply depending on the number of residents in the household. FHA provides affordable housing to families and individuals with low to moderate income. We operate 229 public housing units, 64 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Units and 22 affordable market rate units in Franklin, Tennessee, serving nearly 600 residents.
