The proposed Annual Plan for the Franklin Housing Authority will be available for public review beginning July 27, 2016 – September 13, 2016. A public hearing regarding the Annual Plan will be held Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 5:00pm.
2017 Annual Plan Notice

Applications will be taken for 3, 4, and 5 bedroom units ONLY on Thursday, July 28th from 9 am to 3 pm. Applicants must bring birth certificates, social security cards and id’s for all household members in order to submit an application.
