Reddick Street Apartments is now accepting applications for our beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment homes between November 20th and November 27th . These beautiful homes are renting for $1047 a month (water, sewer and trash included) and are available for immediate move-in . A $500 security deposit will be required. Income limitations will apply depending on the number of residents in the household. FHA provides affordable housing to families and individuals with low to moderate income. We operate 229 public housing units, 64 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Units and 22 affordable market rate units in Franklin, Tennessee, serving nearly 600 residents.


We are more than buildings; we are a community. FHA is committed to creating and sustaining a healthy, safe environment that fosters interaction, self-sufficiency and respect among residents.
