Landlords Needed! Landlords are needed for our clients that receive Section 8 vouchers. There are several advantages to being a landlord under the program.
1. Landlords get pre-screened tenants.
2. Landlords save money by not having to run credit reports and background checks.
3. Landlords will always have a tenant base.
4. Landlords are helping individuals towards self-sufficiency.
