Applications for Chickasaw Senior Community are being accepted. 

WHEN:    September 30th through October 3rd.

WHERE:  100 Spring Street, Franklin, Tennessee 37064

TIME:       9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Applications are currently available for “pickup only” in the front lobby of 200 Spring Street or select the download option available below.

Please Note: We will not be able to accept the applications back until September 30th.

Applicants must be 62 years or older to apply. 

IMPORTANT: Applicants will not be placed on the waiting list until a completed application and all requested documentation is turned in.

Want to make a tax deductible contribution to our 501c3 organization, the Franklin Housing Collaborative? Click here to donate online. Money donated to the nonprofit is used to fund our FOURS Scholarship Program which assists our residents in covering the gap in funding for college. Our goal with the program is self-sufficiency for these young people.

AnnualReport

FHA provides affordable housing to families and individuals with low to moderate income. We operate 229 public housing units, 64 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Units and 22 affordable market rate units in Franklin, Tennessee, serving nearly 600 residents.
