FHA will accept applications for the Mainstream Vouchers Program starting October 29, 2018 through November 21, 2018 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at 100 Spring Street, Franklin, TN . The Mainstream Vouchers Programs serves non-elderly persons with disabilities who are transitioning out of institutional or other segregated settings, at serious risk of institutionalization, homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless. Want to make a tax deductible contribution to our 501c3 organization, the Franklin Housing Collaborative? Click here to donate online. Money donated to the nonprofit is used to fund our FOURS Scholarship Program which assists our residents in covering the gap in funding for college. Our goal with the program is self-sufficiency for these young people.

Housing Specific

FHA provides affordable housing to families and individuals with low to moderate income. We operate 229 public housing units, 64 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Units and 22 affordable market rate units in Franklin, Tennessee, serving nearly 600 residents.
