Chickasaw Senior Community

We are still taking applications at The Chickasaw Senior Community. The apartment rents for $725.00 per month. Security Deposit of $250 will apply. (Please note: This is not an income based apartment).

 

Apply today at 600 Chickasaw Place, Franklin, TN 37064. Bring the following: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Government Issued ID and 6 most recent bank statements. Call 615-905-4584 for additional details.

Want to make a tax deductible contribution to our 501c3 organization, the Franklin Housing Collaborative? Click here to donate online. Money donated to the nonprofit is used to fund our FOURS Scholarship Program which assists our residents in covering the gap in funding for college. Our goal with the program is self-sufficiency for these young people.

FHA provides affordable housing to families and individuals with low to moderate income. We operate 229 public housing units, 64 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Units and 22 affordable market rate units in Franklin, Tennessee, serving nearly 600 residents.
