Applications for one, two and three bedroom public housing units will be taken from 9 am – 2 pm on Thursday, September 22nd. Birth certificates and social security cards for all family members are needed. Picture id’s are required for all individuals 18 years of age and older that will be residing in the unit. Applications and instructions are available here .

Applications are not being taken at this time for the new Reddick Street Apartments.

FHA provides affordable housing to families and individuals with low to moderate income. We operate 288 public housing units in Franklin, Tennessee, serving nearly 600 residents.
