Job Overview
A community manager is being hired to manage a 71-unit low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) property in Ripley, TN. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience including a thorough understanding of compliance. This property is currently under renovation so relocation and property lease-up is also taking place. Familiarity with other affordable programs such as Section 8 is desired.
This position reports to the Franklin Housing Authority (FHA) in Franklin. FHA has a very generous benefits package including 100% employer paid health, dental and vision for the employee. Family coverage is also available at a reasonable cost. Thirteen paid holidays, personal and sick time and additional merit based year end pay when funding allows.
Office hours are 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 7:30 am - 11:30 am on Friday.
Qualifications
- Must possess three (3) years of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience.
