PROGRAM MANAGER
LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDIT PROGRAM
The Franklin Housing Authority of Franklin, Tennessee is requesting proposals from experienced individuals or firms to assist it and its related entities in the application, approval process and implementation of Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects. Proposals for Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program Manager will be received by the Franklin Housing Authority, 200 Spring Street, Franklin, TN 37064 until July 10, 2024 at 2:00p.m.
This request contains the provision for a Solicitation Meeting to be held on July 1, 2024 at 10:00a.m. at 100 Spring Street, Franklin, TN 37064.
