Franklin Housing Authority will be accepting applications for 0 and 1 bedroom project-based voucher units for Natchez Street 8.

Applications will be accepted from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. 

Location:  FHA Community Center at 100 Spring Street, Franklin, TN  37064

All applicants are required to bring the following at the time of application:

• Birth Certificates for all household members
• Identification for all adult household members (18+)
• Social Security Cards for all household members
