Franklin Housing Authority has a position available for a full-time HCV/Tax Occupancy Specialist

Franklin Housing Authority is seeking a full-time HCV/Tax Occupancy Specialist to work with the organizations growing Section 8 and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs.

The position will be responsible for Housing Choice Voucher and Low income Housing Tax Credit re-certifications.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 year's experience with either Section 8 or Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties.

Three (3) Years experience with Section 8 or LIHTC is required.

Section 8 or LIHTC certifications are preferred.

Location:
Franklin, TN
Ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate before (Preferred).

Compensation:
