Brought to you by Columbia State Community College.

Eight week-16 hour course in hospitality with the goal of training individuals for employment in the Hotel and Restaurant industries, with a certificate in kitchen/knife skills and a ServSafe Food Handler certificate. You will receive a free knife set as part of the class.
